Dispensary Delivery Service

Patients of the practice are now able to benefit from a delivery service of dispensed items to their home.
Items will only be left if someone is there to take delivery of them.
We have recruited two drivers, Frank and Tim to assist us with this service
which started on Monday 1st October.

If you live more than a mile from the chemist you can collect your prescription from our Dispensary. If you live in Shipston we will send your prescription to Alliance Chemist for you to collect, unless you advise us otherwise at the time of ordering.

Repeat Prescriptions
If you are on regular treatment and require a repeat prescription, please
either:

	Tick the required items on the list provided and deliver to the Medical Centre or Alliance Chemist or
	Telephone 01608 662733 between 9am - 3pm Monday to Friday. Alternatively dial the main Practice number on 01608 661845 and select ‘3’ for Dispensary

We aim to have your prescription ready for collection within 2 working days.

Dispensary staff are unable to issue your prescription unless your doctor has authorised this. Please remember that your medication will need to be reviewed at regular intervals by your GP, as shown on the repeat medication slip. Medication for conditions managed by the Practice Nurses can be updated by them.
